Meet Our Providers

Joanna Eernisse,
MSN, PMHNP-BC
Joanna obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, and is a board-certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her 10+ years in nursing, with a background in ICU and critical care, has served her as an invaluable tool in her career in mental health. She possesses a natural ability to connect with her clients, and maintains a nurturing spirit, strong intuition, and well defined critical thinking skills.
Joanna focuses on creating a comfortable, caring, non-judgemental environment to make everyone feel welcome and accepted. She believes in practicing holistically and engaging clients to be an active participant of their care, while working collaboratively to develop individualized care plans to meet every client’s needs.
Outside of the practice Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, working out, playing games, and watching movies.

Madison Cierto (She/Her),
APRN, PMHN-BC
Madison is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in treating clients across the lifespan. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and has past experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She strives to create an environment that is an inclusive, safe space for all people. She believes in holistic treatment and recognizes that everyone’s path to healing is different. Together she and the client will create a treatment plan that is tailored to the client’s specific needs.
She is currently accepting new clients age 11-65 and offers both in-person and tele-health services.
Outside of the practice Madison enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking community trails, learning new things, catching up on new shows or movies, and most of all time with family.

Heather Duehren,
PMHNP-BC
Heather, a Cincinnati native, is a nurse practitioner with nearly 10yrs of experience in various roles within mental health, including inpatient and outpatient care, various treatment modalities such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and electroconvulsive treatment (ECT), among others. Heather is passionate about mental health and facilitating acceptance and understanding through compassion and education for individuals who suffer with illness, and those they love. Heather received her ADN and BSN nursing degrees from Galen College of Nursing, and her MSN from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to her nursing career, Heather worked as an Art Therapist.
Heather has two young adult children, who both reside in Texas, and keep her involved in horses and aerospace. In her spare time, Heather enjoys hiking, traveling with her childhood friend, photography, Star Wars, and elephants.
