At Just Be You. Psychiatry, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive individualized quality care to each of our clients. Meet Our Providers
Joanna obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, and is a board-certified Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her 10+ years in nursing, with a background in ICU and critical care, has served her as an invaluable tool in her career in mental health. She possesses a natural ability to connect with her clients, and maintains a nurturing spirit, strong intuition, and well defined critical thinking skills.
Joanna focuses on creating a comfortable, caring, non-judgemental environment to make everyone feel welcome and accepted. She believes in practicing holistically and engaging clients to be an active participant of their care, while working collaboratively to develop individualized care plans to meet every client’s needs.
Outside of the practice Joanna enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, working out, playing games, and watching movies.
Madison Cierto (She/Her),
Madison is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in treating clients across the lifespan. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and has past experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
She strives to create an environment that is an inclusive, safe space for all people. She believes in holistic treatment and recognizes that everyone’s path to healing is different. Together she and the client will create a treatment plan that is tailored to the client’s specific needs.
She is currently accepting new clients age 11-65 and offers both in-person and tele-health services.
Outside of the practice Madison enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking community trails, learning new things, catching up on new shows or movies, and most of all time with family.
Kim obtained her nursing degrees from Navarro College, University of Texas at Arlington, and Herzing University. She has 20+ years of experience in nursing and believes in treating each patient with respect and dignity. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Kim’s strives to create a safe space for clients to feel comfortable in sharing and creating goals for their mental health journey. She knows that all clients are individuals and each person’s journey will look a little different. She possesses a natural ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
Kim is currently accepting new clients and is looking forward to the opportunity to provide quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services. She also strives to decrease the stigma around mental health disorders and to promote inclusivity.
In her free time, she can normally be found watching softball and baseball with her family. Her hobbies include reading, crafting, and playing with her pups.
